The Cumulative Redundancy Bias: A Theoretical Advancement
Building on seven independent experiments we present a theoretical advancement of the cumulative redundancy bias (CRB). We address cognitive processes underlying the CRB and expand the CRB theory beyond a single bias perspective, showing an opposing performance slope bias (PSB).
