Informing Classification of Hypomania-Relevant and Related Dimensions within the Hitop Model

We present results informing the classification of hypomania and other psychopathology such as ADHD within the Hierarchical Taxonomy of Psychopathology (HiTOP) framework. Results indicate that distinct dimensions defining these forms of psychopathology align with existing HiTOP spectra but in different ways (e.g., hypomanic creativity with thought disorder; irritability with internalizing).
