Show and Tell: Discrepancies between Facial and Self-Reported Emotion Predict Psychosocial Functioning across Three Stressed Adult Community Samples
Are people accurate in reporting their emotions and does it matter? Results indicated significant between-person variability in discrepancy, which in turn was differentially associated with psychological symptoms and social functioning.
