Perceptions of Love and Sex Predict Relationship Duration and Satisfaction Among Young and Middle Greek Adults

Virtual

Oral · Social Psychology

We examined whether perceptions of love and sex predicted relationship satisfaction and duration across age (N=631, Greek adults). “Love is most important”, “sex demonstrates love” and “sex is [not] declining” predicted greater satisfaction, regardless of age. “Love comes before sex” and “sex is declining” predicted longer duration in the younger.
