Virtual

Oral · Social Psychology

In a randomized controlled experiment, we found that a quiet ego intervention enhanced participants’ psychological flourishing and that the effect was mediated by emotional intelligence. Results extend the causal benefits of quiet ego interventions to psychological flourishing. Results also carry implications for mitigating the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
