Thriving in an Uncertain World: The Role of Strategic Mindset

To thrive in a fast-changing world, people need to embrace uncertainty. Across three survey studies (n = 4,947), people with a strategic mindset showed a stronger preference for uncertain tasks. In turn, they responded more adaptively to job uncertainty and reported better career outcomes.
