Breakup Reasons Scale Scores Are Associated with Lower Levels of Physical Contact and Relationship Ratings

This study assessed the relationship between the negative behaviors causing breakups, physical contact and the relationship rating. The Breakup Reasons Scale scores were correlated with the time engaged in physical contact (r = -.28, p = .005) with a relationship rating (r = -.47, p < .001).
