Neural Subgroups Based on Directed Functional Networks Reflect Psychopathology Risk and Resilience
We used a data-driven approach to identify subgroups of adolescents who have similar brain network connectivity maps and tested whether neural subgroups reflect general psychopathology risk and resilience following early life stress. Default mode and executive control network subgroups successfully differentiated susceptible and resilient youth, highlighting the importance of biotyping.
