The Bias in Creativity Evaluation of Artificial Intelligence

Virtual

Oral · Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Human evaluators perceive a product to take less effort and to be generally less creative when the producer is AI rather than human. A stronger fixed implicit theory of creativity weakens the impact of this bias on creativity evaluations, and more so when production is artistic rather than commercial.
