Socialized Power: A Hindrance Against Millennial Attitude Change Towards Sustainability Values

Virtual

Oral · Industrial/Organizational Psychology

Using the picture story exercise to measure implicit motives this research investigated the moderating role of Activity Inhibition (AI) between the power motive (nPow) and attitude change on polarizing website communications amongst millennials. Our findings indicate that high levels of AI and nPOW relate to smaller attitude change.
