Examining the Relationship Task Unrelated Thought, Procrastination, and Work Productivity

This study examines the relationship between task unrelated thought, procrastination, and work productivity. Participants (n=119) completed the Maladaptive Daydreaming Scale, Pure Procrastination Scale, and three AB5C facet scales. Results show that losing track of time, maladaptive daydreaming, and procrastination were negatively associated and depth was positively related to work productivity.
