Taking Back Control: Exploring How Autonomy and Personal Time Affect Bedtime Procrastination

Abstract
People claim that due to a lack of daytime autonomy, they engage in bedtime procrastination to have more personal time at night. We currently seek to explore how an increase in daytime autonomy leads to less personal time being needed before bed, resulting in less bedtime procrastination.
