An Examination of Faculty Work Experiences: Consequences for Faculty and Students
Faculty work experiences vary with some faculty having quite good experiences and others having worse, with outcomes varying accordingly. Faculty climate perceptions were related to student intention to persist. Theory on justice and perceived organizational support are explored, providing results that show promise as explanatory perspectives.
