Leveraging Interpersonal Contexts to Address Gender Disparities in STEM
Using correlational and experimental methods, we explore the costs and benefits of interpersonal experiences on women’s identity, belonging, commitment, and potential for success across the STEM pipeline. We discuss the theoretical and applied implications of how interpersonal factors can contribute to, yet may help mitigate, gender disparities in STEM.
