Research on educational disparities often focuses on student-level processes, leaving questions about teachers’ roles in reducing inequality. This symposium illuminates how teachers’ psychological frameworks shape classroom interactions, student learning experiences, and students’ perceptions of teachers, and how teacher-level interventions can create more equitable educational outcomes.
