Abstract
Cultural mismatch between interdependent values and independent values plays a negative role in Latinx students’ health and academic outcomes. This study plans to expand on this by examining whether cultural mismatch between faculty and Latinx college students affects their health, academics, and sense of belonging to the campus community.
