School Counselor Job Satisfaction and Asca Compliance

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the job satisfaction of school counselors and its relationship to American School Counselor Association’s (ASCA) national model for the appropriate roles of school counselors. The current study was completed as a pilot for the gathering of descriptive information regarding these two constructs.
