Clarifying Personality Measurement in IO: Comparing a Funnel Format and Likert-Type Approach in Predicting Employability

The current study aims to clarify and advance personality measurement by comparing two response formats, and exploring reasons for the middle-category responses. The results suggest that trait level, traitedness, and adaptability are significant predictors of employability, reasons for middle category responses vary across traits.
