Perceptions and Attitudes Toward Persons with Autism: A Cross-Cultural Evaluation between the United States and India

This study explored differences between India and the United States on perceptions of individuals on the autism spectrum. Based on an MTurk sample from each country, there were many significant differences in attitudes as well as individual personality attributes (e.g., empathy). Results are discussed from both social and cross-cultural lenses.
