Validating a Model of Leadership Skill Development with Self, Informant, and Class-Mate Ratings

Abstract
At the beginning of the semester, 919 undergraduates assessed themselves. Students’ team members rated them on their behaviors on the course project at the end of the semester. Our dataset provides a realistic context to test how leadership skills can be assessed and improved in a reliable and valid manner.
