Abstract

Anxiety can deter college students from excelling. This study hypothesized that increased group involvement will significantly decrease anxiety, whereas, greater individualism will increase anxiety. Also, an interaction effect of group involvement and individualism on anxiety was hypothesized. Results confirmed the main effects of Individualism and group involvement but no interaction.
