Abstract

The present study examined the relationships between central-medial amygdala volume, basolateral amygdala volume, subclinical Beck Anxiety Inventory scores, and cognitive flexibility, assessed using the context of Delis-Kaplan Executive Function System verbal fluency. Central-medial amygdala volume was positively associated with cognitive flexibility, predicting unique variance in hierarchical models including control variables.
