As the nature of work continues to change at a rapid pace, adaptability has become a necessity in many workplaces. This study aims to confirm the factor structure of adaptability proposed by Ployhart & Bliese (2006) as it relates to team adaptability (TEAM-ADAPT) in a high-fidelity flight operations center simulation.
