An Integrative Theoretical Framework of Team Cohesion

Cohesion is among the most researched factors in the team literature, but less attention has been focused on understanding the variables that predict, covary, or are outcomes of cohesion. We reviewed research across diverse literatures and outlined a framework specifying factors posited to influence cohesion and identified outcomes of cohesion.
