Is Three a Crowd? Psychometric Assessment of the Outcome Questionnaire (OQ-45)

Previous confirmatory factor analyses indicate a poor fit of a correlated three factor solution based on the three subscales of the Outcome Questionnaire (OQ-45; symptom distress, interpersonal relations, and social roles) to client’s responses. We replicate this finding and suggest a bi-factor solution as a better model.
