Abstract
We report coding of six-month-old infants’ looking at and signaling facial expressions to their mothers during face-to-face interaction in the Still-Face paradigm. There were significant episode difference but infants with and without craniofacial anomalies were largely similar in time gazing at mothers and number of directed facial expressions.
