A Machine Learning Approach to Personality-Based Segmentation in the Context of Organ Donations

In this research, we demonstrate the usefulness of a machine-learning approach in identifying
complex interactions among personality attributes related to organ donation. While traditional approaches verified the importance of only religiosity, the present approach showed robust relationships involving several attributes including conscientiousness, empathy, time orientation, neuroticism, and trust (N1=367; N2=834).
