Intrateam Trust Mediates the Relationship between Team Conflict and Team Outcomes

We explored the mediating role of intrateam trust on the relationships between team conflict, team member satisfaction, and effectiveness outcomes. Intrateam trust mediated the negative effects of relationship conflict, but not task conflict on team outcome variables. We provide recommendations for developing team trust to positively influence team-based work outcomes.
