Abstract
A multi-site comparison design was used to evaluate and compare a 13-week school-based mindfulness program for students in two urban and one suburban K-5 elementary schools. Significant positive outcomes following program completion were found across sites on student reported measures of mindfulness and teacher-reported measures of behavior and emotional regulation.
