Abstract
This study examined the influence of situational factors (i.e., task/skill variety, task significance, opportunity to learn, work-role fit, pay satisfaction, supervisor support, coworker support) on job attitudes (i.e., engagement and burnout). Findings indicate the best predictors of engagement and burnout were opportunity to learn, work-role fit, and coworker support.
