Did I Satisfy My Psychological Needs?: New Perspective on Self-Determination Theory

We explored the possible self-facilitated effect of self-determination theory on college students on motivation, psychological need, goal setting, sense of improvement, and others throughout 6 weeks experiment. Students who completed self-determination theory inspired weekly activity perceived that their goal was met and had higher sense of accomplishment than control group.
