Abstract
497 comments were collected about hospitals from 3 sources: Yelp, Google, and Healthgrades. Sentiment analysis showed Yelp had the lowest level of positive sentiment (M=2.35) and Health Grades having the highest positive sentiment (M=6.76). Time seems to be a concern and drives ratings of quality across hospital systems.
