Abstract

We examined relationships between prefrontal symptoms and maladaptive personality using the Personality Inventory for the DSM-5 (PID-5), and Frontal Systems and Behavior Scale (FrSBe). PID-5 Disinhibition, Psychoticism, and Negative Affectivity were strongly related to all FrSBe subscales. Findings highlight the importance of maladaptive personality in all circuits of prefrontal functioning.
