Age and Education Effects on the Saint Louis University Mental Status Examination

Abstract
This poster investigated age and education effects on the Saint Louis Mental Status Examination(SLUMS) a new cognitive screening measures. 25 adult clinical patients were used as subjects. All were administered the SLUMS. The SLUMS was correlated with the subjects’ education but not age.
