Abstract
Meaning in Life (MIL) is theorized to be a tripartite construct consisting of the dimensions comprehension, purpose, and mattering. The present meta-analysis investigates the association between dimensions of MIL and three adjustment outcomes: Wellbeing, negative emotionality, and internalizing problems. Results emphasize the importance of MIL when examining positive adjustment.
