The Two Facets of Grit Differently Affect Students with High Career Barriers Perception

Consistency of interests (CI) moderated the relationship between college students' career barriers perception and occupational engagement behavior while the moderating role of perseverance of effort (PE), the other grit facet, was insignificant. In this study, differential roles of the two grit facets in the context of career behavior are discussed.
