Abstract
This study contributes to the understanding of the negative side of calling. We expected that people with calling tend to display workaholic behavior. Our results, the mediation model based on 398 U.S. workers, showed that calling has a positive effect on workaholism, and this relationship is mediated by obsessive passion.
