Abstract
A survey examining attitudes, beliefs, behavioral intentions to engage in safer sex practices, and self-reported behaviors was completed in 1995 and repeated in 2008. An analysis of the ways in which attitudes, intentions, and behaviors remain unchanged across two temporal contexts will be presented.
