Relations between Impulsivity, Food Reinforcement, and Dietary Intake Among Minority Children

Pediatric obesity is a national health concern, particularly among ethnic/racial minority groups. Diet is one of the most influential factors in predicting weight status; therefore, understanding what factors influence dietary intake among minority youth is critical. The relations between impulsivity and food reinforcement in a diverse school-aged sample are investigated.
