Impression Formation of Cities: What Do We Care about Where We Live?

Abstract
We explored whether the effect of trait on impression formation would also apply to a city. Participants read a description of a city containing either dirty or clean trait and evaluated the city. The results showed that the negative trait has more powerful effect on the evaluation of the city.
