Abstract
We focused on the indirect effect in a mediation model, in which the mediator is incomplete and dichotomous. We found that Distribution of the Product method (MacKinnon, Lockwood, and Hoffman, 1998) worked the best when combining with multiple imputation with latent variables in the counterfactual framework (VanderWeele and Vansteelandt, 2010).
