Abstract
Six clinicians completed pre-implementation questionnaires and at least two follow-up surveys. Hypothesis one examined pre-implementation burnout rates trending similarly to reported barriers throughout implementation. Alternatively, hypothesis two examined higher personal accomplishments, or opposite of burnout, which trends similarly to reported facilitators throughout implementation for five of the six clinicians.
