Biased Media Exposure Affects Belief but Not Performance on an Implicit Association Task

Abstract
Effects of biased media report on subjective beliefs and implicit associations were tested. Results showed that participants were faster when associating technology and bad than technology and good; however, this depended on order of presentation. In addition, biased media exposure was associated with a greater belief that EMFs are harmful.
