User Engagement in a Statewide Resource for Identifying Community-Based Services

Over an 18-month period usage of the Service Provider Identification and Exploration Resource (SPIDER) has steadily increased across the state. In fact, several regions had significant spikes in total users and there were no significant decreases. Acceptance of this resource offers an opportunity to increase service utilization for community members.
