Abstract
Using a multifaceted Mindset measure, we examined whether domain-specific mindsets were related to gender and ethnicity. Preliminary analyses suggest domain-specific Mindsets differ by gender and ethnicity, with females and Asians evidencing different mindsets as compared to males and whites. Growth mindset interventions must be sensitive to gender and ethnic variability.
