Abstract
Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training (DBT-ST) is an effective treatment for transdiagnostic emotion dysregulation. Despite common co-occurrence, the impact on trauma symptoms has not been evaluated. This study examined the impact of a transdiagnostic DBT Skills Group and found a significant reduction in trauma symptoms for those with co-occurring presentations.
