Personality Predictors of Well-Being in Young Adulthood: The Role of Social Media Usage

Abstract
The aim of this study was to understand the specific role of social media (SM) usage in the relationship between personality traits and aspects of well-being. We found that for those who spend more than two hours on SM, introversion was associated with lower self-esteem and higher depression/anxiety.
