Abstract

Past research found that a bi-factor structure (including general and specific facets) provided the best fit for worry and rumination. These findings were replicated using larger, more diverse samples, even when using alternative measures of rumination. A bi-factor model also fit best when including a measure of positive repetitive thinking.
