Abstract
This study assessed the direct and indirect effects of marginalized identities, perceived discrimination, and mental health. Findings suggest that as marginalized identities accumulate, discrimination, in turn, accumulates, potentially leading to worsened mental health. This was true even though students only reported their perceived discrimination based on their most salient identity.
