Propagation of Health Information in Networked Communities: Effects of Social Influence on Convergence and Completeness of Collective Memory

Conversational interactions in community contexts lead to the formation of collective memories. We traced the influence of seed individuals' recall through chains of sequential dyadic chats in lab-created conversational networks. Completeness and convergence of collective memories increased post-conversationally but the influence of the seeds on collective memory was minimal.
